The exhibit booth cost is $20.50 per square foot. This includes the draped background, a company sign and the material handling (drayage) charges. The Exhibitor Set-Up Manual, which contains order forms for carpet, furniture, electrical and other services you may require will be available on-line approximately 4 months prior to the Show to confirmed exhibitors.

Please note: Booth assignments are made on a seniority system. 2007 exhibitors are reassigned first and must respond before the deadline. After this deadline, GLM will assign new space requests.

GLM will send you an Exhibit Space Agreement (Contract) when your booth is assigned. The deadline for payment is indicated on the Contract. Initially a 50% deposit is required with the signed Contract. Entry Applications received 3 months prior to the Show will be required to submit the full payment with their signed Contract.
